Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Scoris.eu (the “Service”), operated by Scoris, MB (“Scoris”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• “You” means the individual or entity using the Service.
• “Credits” means usage units used to access certain paid features.
• “Subscription” means a recurring plan that allocates credits on a periodic basis.

Scoris.eu provides business data and tooling for informational purposes. We source information from official registries and other lawful sources; however, data may be incomplete, delayed, or contain errors. You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it for compliance, financial, legal, or other decisions.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts to protect the Service, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited behavior includes (without limitation):

• Attempting to access data you are not authorized to access, including bypassing access controls or credit gating.
• Automated extraction (scraping), crawling, or harvesting of the Service in a way that is abusive, high-volume, or intended to replicate our dataset.
• Interfering with the Service’s normal operation (for example: excessive requests, probing, or attempts to disrupt availability).
• Reverse engineering, copying, or creating derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law.
• Using the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable regulations.

Certain features require Credits. Credits are not legal tender, are not redeemable for cash, and are generally non-transferable.

• Validity: Credits purchased or allocated via Subscription are valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.
• Rollover: Unused credits may roll over, but they still expire after the 3-month validity period.
• Fair use and abuse prevention: We may apply technical limits (for example: rate limits) to protect the Service.
• Free access: We may offer free tiers or trials so you can evaluate the Service before purchasing.

We offer monthly and annual subscriptions. Payments are handled by our payment provider (for example, Stripe). Prices, included features, and credit allocations may vary by plan and may change over time (we will apply changes prospectively).

• Monthly subscriptions: billed monthly. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Annual subscriptions: billed annually, typically with a discount compared to monthly pricing.
• Taxes: prices may be shown exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Our refund rules are designed to be fair and predictable while preventing abuse. If you believe you were billed incorrectly, contact support promptly.

• Monthly subscriptions: generally non-refundable. We do not refund partial months.
• Annual subscriptions: if you cancel mid-term, you may be eligible for a refund of the remaining period:
  • Refunds are calculated based on full remaining months.
  • Used months are recalculated at the standard monthly price (the annual discount is forfeited for those months).
  • A €30 one-time administration fee is deducted to cover processing and cancellation costs.

The Service, including its design, software, text, branding, and compilation of content, is owned by Scoris or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Public registry data may be subject to separate rights or usage conditions imposed by the original sources.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if your use creates risk for the Service or other users, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service stops immediately.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scoris will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you agree to indemnify and hold Scoris harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Scoris, MB is established (Lithuania), without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
